Anyone inside and around the canal region of Cape Cod will tell you, Gallo is certainly not an unfamiliar name. Its historical resonance can be seen and felt throughout Sagamore, from the emblematic Gallo Ice Arena owned and operated through the Bourne Recreation Authority to the welcoming office of Gallo Construction Company, Inc., located right next to the Sagamore Bridge.

Gallo Construction, founded in 1949 by John Gallo Sr., is an organization that has been built on quality and service and is a testament to the dynamic interconnection of community and business on the Cape. Upon the passing of John Gallo Sr., in 1978, the company was left to his two sons John and Louis. All three of these men have demonstrated the tradition of this company with a great understanding of the importance of community involvement and professional excellence. With Louis now sole owner and President of Gallo Construction Company, Inc., the dedication and perseverance that his father once started this company with is now carried on through Louis’s hard work and genuine respect for his community.
